At Sikka, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and flexibility for all players and field partners.
1. Booking Cancellations
- Users may cancel a booking directly through the app before the game or event start time.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund to the user’s Sikka wallet.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the game start time may not be eligible for a refund.
- Players who fail to attend without prior cancellation may forfeit the booking fee.
2. Field or Event Cancellations
- If a field or event is canceled by the organizer or partner, all affected users will receive an automatic full refund to their wallet.
- Refunds are processed instantly to the Sikka wallet and can be used for future bookings or withdrawals as per app policy.
3. Partial Payments / Split Payments
In cases where bookings involve multiple players, refunds will be processed individually to each player who made a payment. Any unpaid or pending payments will be automatically voided upon cancellation.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds to the Sikka wallet are processed instantly. Users can use the refunded amount for future bookings or withdraw it according to the app policy.
5. No-Show Policy
Players who fail to attend a booked event or game without prior cancellation may forfeit their booking fee. We encourage timely cancellations to ensure fairness and availability for other players.
